Dental Assisting
Application Process
- Complete all required prerequisite courses.
- Earn a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and a grade of "C" or better in each prerequisite class.
- Submit an application and be accepted to the University of Southern Indiana.
- Apply to USI online Your dental assisting application will not be considered for admission verification that you are a USI student
- Submit an application to the USI Dental Assisting Program by March 1st of the calendar year you desire admission to the program.
- Download an application
- Submit the Dental Office Observation Form to the Dental Assisting Program.
- A minimum of 8 hours of observation is required
