Dental Hygiene

Application Process

  • Submit an application & be accepted to the University of Southern Indiana.
    • You may apply to USI online. Your dental hygiene application will not be considered for admission without verification that you are a USI student.
  • Earn a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and a grade of "C" or better in each prerequisite class.
  • Submit an application to the USI Dental Hygiene Program by February 1st of the calendar year you desire admission to the program.
  • For transfer students:
    • As you complete each semester, make sure the University receives updated transcripts.
