Admission Deadlines
All application items are due no later than June 1.
Please make sure you take your GRE exam at least 6-8 weeks prior to June 1 to be considered for Fall admission.
Admission Requirements
IMPORTANT: To apply to the MHA program, there are 2 applications that reside in 2 separate USI offices—MHA and Graduate Studies. You can send application materials to the separate offices at the same time. We encourage you to follow up with both offices to ensure receipt of all application items.
