Admission Requirements:

  • HS/HA Dept. Acceptance – Offer of Credit
  • Active Clinical License in related field<
  • (OTA, RadTech, PTA, Medical Assisting, Surgical Tech, etc.)
Requirements for Completion: 124 hours required for graduation 39 hours of 300/400 level classes Maintenance of minimum GPA for CNHP/USI

    • HP 211: Health Care Delivery System
    • GERO 215: Gerontology
    • PH 284: Public Health
    • HP 302: Biostatistics
    • HP 356: Ethics and Health Care
  • Specialty Overview (12 hours)
    • HA409: Issues in Health Care Leadership
    • PH483: Health All Around Us: Concepts in Environmental & Occupational Health
    • GERO312: Living Well Throughout the Lifespan
    • HP377: Foundations for Health Promotion
    • Health Services Electives (12 hours)
    • HP 498: Current Concepts (Senior standing)
    • Block Transfer from prior education leading to clinical license(up to 50 hours)
    • Health Services or other Electives to meet graduation requirements
    Health Services Core Classes must be completed with grade of "C" or above.
    Goal: Students completing this degree track may have the opportunity for continued employment and/or advancement in their chosen clinical field.
