Jennifer Titzer's handy remedy for being unable to access campus email after a Novell password change:

  1. Turn off "PUSH"
    Settings > Mail > Fetch New Data (set to "off")

  2. Reset the Novel Password using your computer

  3. On your iPhone:
    Settings > Select email account > Account info > Change the password there

  4. Turn "PUSH" back on.
    Settings > Mail > Fetch New Data (set to "on")
