Historic New Harmony offers several children's activities.
Heritage Artisans Week, which is held the third week of April, is a unique and exciting experience for students which helps them learn about daily life in New Harmony, circa 1814-1860.
Celebrate your child’s birthday in a unique and educational environment! Historic New Harmony offers two distinct birthday party options.
Pioneer Birthday – This pioneer celebration will take place in a 1775 double log cabin. Among the activities are pioneer games, rope making and cooking over an open hearth. Victorian Birthday - The perfect way to introduce your child and their friends to the Victorian era. Plan a birthday party in the historic 1829 Beal House. Your child and their friends will be able to have a tea party, draw silhouettes and visit a Victorian Doll Museum.
ArchiCamp is a fun one day program for children 8-12. Participants will tour various historic buildings in New Harmony, Indiana, then using recycled material will create their own buildings.
