The 24rd Heritage Artisans Week will be held April 21-25, 2009, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for students and adults to learn about daily life in New Harmony, circa 1814-1860. Over 25 outstanding craft artisans will be demonstrating during the event, including tinsmithing, soap making, hat making, beekeeping, wood carving and more.
Adult groups are encouraged to attend Heritage Artisans Week in the afternoon. This is a great opportunity to spend the day in New Harmony with shopping, lunch and visiting the Heritage Artisans Week demonstrations.
