The 2013 theme is "The Varsity We Hail". The offices below have shown their USI spirit to students by decorating their department's office. Judging was based on the use of the Homecoming theme, use of red and blue, and the use of USI's name and/or images. The winner of the contest receives a trophy that will travel among winning departments from year to year.
