Optional Vision Coverage
Optional Vision Coverage is available to employees through Spectera which is a network provider plan and does have cost limitations for eye exams, lenses, and frames. Click here for the provider directory. The plan design includes the following benefits:
$10 Co-payment for an annual eye exam
Contact or eye glass lenses available every 12 months, subject to maximum limits
The monthly premium for the optional vision coverage with Spectera is as follows:

insurance plans, the flexible benefit spending accounts, voluntary group

be available at the
Open Enrollment fair to address question and/or
