Optional Vision Coverage

Optional Vision Coverage is available to employees through Spectera which is a network provider plan and does have cost limitations for eye exams, lenses, and frames.  Click here for the provider directory.  The plan design includes the following benefits:

The monthly premium for the optional vision coverage with Spectera is as follows:

   Employee's Monthly Premium
Single Plan $7.70
Employee + child(ren) $15.20
Employee +  Spouse $14.50
Family Plan $22.85

 

If you have questions regarding your health/dental insurance plans, the flexible benefit spending accounts, voluntary group term life insurance, optional vision coverage, or open enrollment, please contact the Human Resources Department at 464-1781 or 461-5466 or 464-1988.  Representatives will be available at the Open Enrollment fair to address question and/or concerns.
