How to Apply for Employment

If you are currently not employed by the University, there are a number of ways to apply.
To print an application using Acrobat Reader, click on this Support Application for Employment link. Please print, complete, and send the copy to the Human Resources Department. To download Acrobat Reader, click on this link.
To apply online, select this online application link.
You can also obtain an application from the Human Resources Department, which is located in the Forum Wing of the Wright Administration Building, Room FA166. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Be sure to include the title of the position and the job code you are interested in.
Submit a cover letter and resume or a cover letter and faculty/administrative application to the applicable search committee chair listed in each job posting.

If you are a current employee of USI, click to access and save the transfer form. You can also contact Human Resources directly to complete a transfer request form.
