Flexible Schedules for Summer 2012 - Eligible support staff and
administrators may be able to arrange a flexible schedule for nine weeks of the
period from May 19 to August 3, 2012. Learn more about the program

Family Sick Time Limits Increased – Eligible employees may use
accrued Sick Time for family illness. Until recently, the limit of time
available for family illness was five days per year. Effective beginning with
the periods paid on February 10 for
support staff and on February 28 for faculty and administrators, the annual limit
will increase to ten days. Eligible relationships under the Family Sick Time
policy have also been expanded and clarified. For more information on Family

Did you have an HSA in 2011? Don't forget to include
information about your HSA in your tax reporting. You can download form
1099 by accessing your online HSA banking (ACS|Mellon) website through
Anthem.com.
Do you have a Health Savings Account for 2012? You are responsible for
making sure that all contributions from you and the University together do not
exceed the maximums of $3,100 for single or $6,250 for family (plus a catch-up
amount if you are age 55 or over). Read more about how
