New Civil Rights and Sexual Misconduct Policy – On
7/1/15, the University published a new
Rights and Sexual Misconduct Policy and its accompanying procedures for
reporting and resolving complaints. This policy and procedure reflect the latest
development in the University’s continuing efforts to support an inclusive
environment that promotes and protects the rights of all members of the
University community. Additional information, including the complete policy and procedure,

Parental Pay Policy Effective July 1, 2015 – The University has
recently enhanced our paid time off policies, allowing full-time, regular
(non-temporary), benefit-eligible employee-parents up to ten (10) consecutive
working days of paid parental leave per fiscal year, following the birth or
adoption of a child. Questions about this new policy should be directed to Human
