Explore the World and Discover Yourself: Study Abroad Through USI
USI offers study abroad opportunities in more than 50 countries around the globe.  With advance planning, it is possible for students in virtually any major to participate in an overseas program.  Programs offer a variety of experiences, from specialized courses taught entirely in English, to direct enrollment in the foreign university.  Students receive USI credit for the coursework completed during the summer, semester or academic year at an approved USI study abroad location. 

The University is committed to making study abroad affordable as well as accessible to all students.  The costs of many USI study abroad programs are based on tuition, room and board at USI. Since participants pay program fees to USI and receive USI credit, they can continue to apply their scholarship and other financial aid towards those fees.
