Classroom Equipment, Services and Support

On-Campus Delivery (Classrooms & Conference Rooms)  

Select the link below to request multimedia equipment delivery to your on-campus classrooms or meetings. (This does not include Multi-Purpose Rooms in Housing.) You will receive an automated email response to let you know that your order has been sent successfully to IT and is being processed.

Portable Equipment: Pick-up from IT Help Desk (FA 41)  

Please use this form for taking small, portable equipment such as video camcorders, or digital cameras for on or off-campus events, including Multi-Purpose rooms located in Housing. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email to let you know that your order is being processed.

Need to change or remove an existing equipment request?

Complete the short form below and print a copy for your records prior to submission. You will receive an automated email message to let you know that your change or cancellation has been received and will be processed.

Special Events Staff ONLY 

If you need equipment for your special event or activity, please contact the USI Office of Special Events and they will order the equipment for you.

USI Office of Special Events staff may select the link below to order equipment to be delivered for activities and events held on campus.

Symon System Request (Non-UC)

Symon is the system of TV monitors in various locations across campus which display current news media and University announcements. Requests to post to an announcement to monitors in the UC must be sent to Special Events. All other must fill out the form below.

IT Production Estimate Request

This form is used by non-Distance Education faculty and staff to request an estimate for an audio or video production. It asks for specific information about the development of the project and how it will progress so an accurate estimate can be submitted. If more information is required before completing this form, contact IT by clicking the Contact Us link at the top of this page.
