Symon System Request Form

Symon is the system of TV monitors in various locations across campus which display current news media and University announcements. Requests to post an announcement to monitors in the UC must be sent to Special Events. All other requests, subject to approval, must fill out the form below.

For documents to be displayed:

1. Upload your PowerPoint or Keynote document files to the area below
2. Do not modify PowerPoint templates size.
3. Maximum of three slides per event.
4. If a graphics program is used (non-PowerPoint program), please create at the standard PowerPoint slide size of 1024 X 768.
