Leadership Conferences

Camp Eagle is a three-day adventure for incoming freshmen to participate in challenging outdoor exercises, team-building activities, educational sessions, and opportunities to learn the history and traditions of the University of Southern Indiana.

Student Leadership Conference

The Spring Leadership Conference will be held at the end of January and provides student leaders a chance to get to know each other and further develop their leadership abilities. The workshops at the retreat give students a chance to learn about important topics like motivating others, group member roles, effective meeting planning, and much more.

Corporate Leadership Conference

The Corporate Leadership Conference is a program designed to help students in a particular group of majors learn about leadership in their chosen career field. Each semester, a different Evansville business hosts the conference, and participants gain the following from the leaders of those corporations:

an introduction to the leadership philosophy of a major corporation

workshops relating to leaders and/or leadership in that field

on-site demonstrations/training of work in that field

network with other students with similar career goals and leaders in the field
