The O'Daniel Leadership Academy proudly presents a Student Leadership Conference designed for specifically for each participants who attends. The EXCEL Leadership Conference challenges you to take your leadership to the next level!

Participants will self-select which leadership level they want to explore from LEAD 100 for new student leaders ready to make their mark to LEAD 400 for experienced leaders preparing for graduation. The Leadership Levels are:

LEAD 100- For first year student leaders or anyone who wants to explore the foundations of leadership
LEAD 200- For emerging leaders who want to enhance their leadership skills and take on more responsibility as a student leader
LEAD 300- For student leaders who are serving on an executive board or in a leadership position for their student organizations
LEAD 400- For experienced student leaders who want to sharpen their leadership skills and prepare to transition for graduation

Students will have the opportunity to gain useful leadership skills, network with faculty and staff, and establish relationships with peer leaders on campus. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The EXCEL Leadership Conference will be held on Saturday, January 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the University Center. Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided to participants of the leadership conference
