Leadership USI is an interactive workshop presented by a nationally renowned leadership speaker.  Students who participate engage in activities, network with other campus leaders, and leave with specific strategies of improving their own student organizations.  While this workshop is geared for students who are involved in clubs and organizations on campus, it is open to any student enrolled at the University of Southern Indiana. 

The O'Daniel Leadership Academy will be presenting the most engaging, energetic, exciting presenter ever to hit the Leadership USI stage. The 2011 Leadership USI will Present... Mr. Michael Miller.

Self-described as “the happiest person he knows!” That said – Michael has a unique take on life given his experiences growing up in The Bronx, New York City. The son of a brave New York City Policeman and fabulous Italian-American mother, Michael finds being direct and honest easier than most – allowing him to mix humor and passion in a way that makes him memorable and motivational!

Among Michael’s many accomplishments, there is an unusual one! That is, as he puts it, an ability to cultivate transformational friendships – nurturing, life-changing, connections that have literally lasted most of his lifetime. You’ll notice that many of the motivational tools on ReallyMotivated.com center around the importance of advancing personal relationships. This focus on relationship combined with clear views of the privileges and responsibilities of friendship inform not only his work with individuals but with corporate and University groups.

This 2 hour leadership workshop will leave you feeling empowered, motivated, and ready to LEAD!!
