Dr. Margaret Skoglund, PhD, Art History

Dr. Margaret Skoglund, PhD. in Art History and Archaeology from the University of Missouri. She also has studied abroad on the graduate level with Tufts University and the Universidad de Las Americas. She teaches the Humanities Art History Survey, Medieval Art, Renaissance Art, Baroque Art, The Golden Age of Spain, The Age of Michlangelo and Arts and Diversity in 20th Century America.

Her special interests include artistic exchanges between Italy and Spain and artistic patronage in those areas from 1400 to 1600.

In summer semesters, Dr. Skoglund offers foreign study tours to countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Morocco and Egypt for the university community and other interested persons.
