Video and audio produced on these systems are used with web pages, other interactive media such as CD-ROMs and DVDs, and with videotape products.  Students taking courses in both Online Journalism (JRN) and Radio/TV (RTV) integrate video and audio media into web pages along with text, graphics, and still photos. Online students will be more involved in web page production that will include a variety of sites but with an emphasis in journalism. RTV students will have an exposure to multimedia web page production but will concentrate on producing.

Students majoring in Online Journalism produce multimedia web page publication. Radio/TV students concentrate on producing products for broadcasting, cable, and institutional video. This includes such elements as show segments, broadcast spots, training videos, and marketing videos.
