Mission Statement
The faculty of the Department of Modern and Classical Languages is committed to providing students with language skills and cultural knowledge for professional and academic careers in the 21st century. We foster and strengthen communication among widely diverse constituencies at home and abroad through outreach programs, sustained partnerships and international study.
