Instructor of LatinDr. Sean R. Jensen received his B.A. in Classics from Brown University and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His doctoral dissertation at Rutgers focused on Athenian imperialism during the period of the Delian League. His research interests lie primarily in Greek history, epigraphy, and literature. In 2008/09, he was the Michael Jameson Fellow at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens. In 2010, he was a Harvard College Fellow in Greek History. Before coming to USI, he taught at Rutgers, Harvard, and The College of New Jersey. This year, Dr. Jensen is teaching Latin, Greek History, and Roman History courses. Dr. Jensen is currently revising his dissertation for a book and has several articles and book chapters appearing in a range of handbooks and journals including Classical World.
