Reminders when you get close to graduation:

1. You need to fill out a Diploma form which is available at the Registrar’s Office or in Graduate Studies.
    
2. You need to remind the Director of the MALS of your plans for graduation so the Director can fill out the paperwork for the Formal Application For Graduation. There is no paperwork for you to fill out, but you should let the Director know that it is appropriate for this paperwork to be completed.
