Among these are the values of education, ethics, objectivity and openness in the pursuit of knowledge, and a passion for lifelong learning. The department seeks to meet the needs of our students and serve the community by preparing students through a curriculum that is founded in psychological science and designed to help them understand the multiple causes of behavior.

Vision Statement

In order to maintain and improve the quality of the program, the Psychology Department recognizes that periodic assessment of its goals and curriculum is both necessary and desirable.
