The Academic Libraries of Indiana (ALI) agree to extend in-person borrowing privileges to faculty, staff, and students of member institutions. This is a cooperative onsite borrowing agreement among the participating members of ALI.
USI faculty and staff are invited to return materials they have borrowed from another Indiana library via WHEELS. WHEELS is a courier service in which many other libraries in Indiana participate to expedite the exchange of materials. To find out if the library from which you have borrowed an item participates in WHEELS, visit the Rice Library Checkout Desk.
To return a single item, you must bring it to the Rice Library Checkout Desk and fill out a verification form. To return multiple items, you will need to provide a complete list of the items being returned, including the title and call number of each, in addition to filling out the verification form.
