Archives Reproduction and Handling Fees

If requesting more than five (5) items, please allow at least 2 days for processing.

Scanning - $1.00/per item
Compact Disks - $1.00/per disk

► Printing Scanned Items:

High gloss paper - $2.00/per sheet
Soft gloss paper - $0.50/per sheet

► Photocopying:

Black & White (self-service) - $0.10/ per sheet
Black & White (staff) - $0.25
Color - $0.35

► Postage & Handling:

U.S. Mail - $3.00 Minimum

► Commerical Publishing/Production

$25.00 per photograph for commercial use of images; requires submission of request form to the University Archives and Special Collections for prior approval.
