What are course support sites?

Created to assist research, these sites have been designed to complement specific course needs. They offer 24/7 help to students, providing basic information on finding resources in a variety of formats, evaluating these sources for scholarship and usability, utilizing proper citations, and much more.

Currently the library has created two sites for the CMST 101 and ENG 201 classes. If these sites prove to be valuable tools for students, more sites will be constructed in the future for other courses.

How can I make these sites available to students?

Students can access links to these sites from the library's Research Guides page. Faculty members are also encouraged to attach links to Blackboard.

Can I contribute to these sites?

Feedback is greatly encouraged. Also, any recommendations or suggestions for research resources not currently provided on the sites would be appreciated. Please remember these sites are meant to provide general information applicable to all course sections, so sources specified to a particular topic or assignment may not be suitable for a site.
