About the Rice Library Catalog
The first resource to use to find books in the Rice Library is the Catalog (formerly the Online Catalog).
The Catalog is readily accessible from the top left of most library web pages, under BOOKS.
The Catalog includes the holdings of the Rice Library and contains records of books, DVDs and videos, music, e-books, audio books, government documents, geographic maps, K-12 curriculum materials, popular reading, and more.
In addition, the Multicultural Center's book collection (UC 113) and the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence collection (WA 104F) are also included in the Catalog.
The Catalog does not contain journal, magazine or newspaper articles. Select Finding Articles for more information.
