Things to remember:

Most requests are processed within three working days after we receive them. Numerous requests submitted by one person will be processed as time permits, in which case more than three days may be required for processing.
Your ILL request will not be accepted if you have overdue items and/or unpaid fines of $5.00 or more.
A short "date needed by" will not speed processing time and will occasionally result in failure to obtain materials.
Items requested using this form must be picked up at the Rice Library Checkout counter with your Eagle Access card.
Failure to return an ILL book on time and/or failure to respond to a recall will result in the temporary loss of ILL privileges. Repeated failures will result in the permanent loss of ILL privileges.
If a request cannot be filled for free, patrons may be asked to split any charges.
