How to get an Evansville Public Library Card:
When my permanent address is not in Evansville
If you live on campus, stop by the David L. Rice Library Checkout area with your Eagle Access Card and request a form to get a local library card. Library staff will create a printout that has your campus address and a library stamp on it. You can then take this form to the Red Bank Branch of the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library, and they will issue you an Evansville Public Library card. If you live off-campus, take a bill addressed to you and received at your local address (if your driver’s license has a different address) to EVPL, and you can get a card.
