SPECIFIC TYPES OF SOURCES
Research Studies & Literature Reviews
In some of the library databases, you can limit your search to qualitative and quantitative research studies or to literature reviews. For example, follow these steps in PsycINFO to find research studies:
- Type your keywords in the text boxes.
- Scroll down to Methodology and select Qualitative Study or Quantitative Study. In other databases, this section will be called Publication Type instead of Methodology.
- If you would rather find literature reviews, choose Literature Review from the list.
