Steps to Becoming A Big Buddy

Would YOU like to be a positive role model for a child? The process is quite simple:

1. Stop by the Multicultural Center (MCC) and pick up a College Mentors For Kids application. 
2. Complete the application and return it to the MCC by the specified deadline
3. Set up a time for an interview.

Following the interview, a background check must be performed. Chosen applicants will be informed of their acceptance.

Big Buddies must be available on Tuesdays from 2:45 to 5 p.m. Big Buddies must also commit to one year in the program. Any other questions about the application process can be sent to the College Mentors for Kids Program Advisor Herman Thomas at hethomas@usi.edu.
