The Multicultural Center will be hosting the Cultural Diversity Welcome Reception for students and their families on August 22, 2013.
Students and their families mingle with one another; faculty, staff, returning students, USI Black Alumni Society, Trustees, Vice Presidents, Deans and Directors during an informal gathering with appetizers. In addition, tables are on hand offering information on the services and programs of Academic Skills, the Honors Program, the Counseling Center, the Multicultural Center and the Office of Student Development .
This annual experience helps participants build bridges and friendships within the USI community while emphasizing academic excellence. It is a fun and exciting way to begin a college career.
