Springleaf Financial Services presented the University of Southern Indiana Romain College of Business with a check for $10,000 on March 6, 2014. The gift supports both the college and Campaign USI: Elevating Excellence.
Springleaf has a long history of supporting the Romain College of Business, including a pledge in the first Campaign USI. The company is a member of the C. Wayne Worthington Legacy of Lifetime Giving Society, recognizing donors to the University with lifetime giving totals of $100,000 to $249,000.
“We proudly employ many USI alumni at our national corporate headquarters in a variety of areas including Accounting, Marketing, and Information Technology,” said Dave Gutscher, senior vice president for Springleaf Human Resources. “We feel strongly about investing in the future success of USI students and are pleased to make this donation to the Romain College of Business.”
Campaign USI: Elevating Excellence has reached 80 percent of its $50 million goal. Learn more about the campaign at www.usi.edu/campaign.
