Hearts on Fire 5K to kick off 2018 Romain Subaru Screaming Eagles Running Series

The 2018 Romain Subaru Screaming Eagles Running Series, an annual three-race series starting and finishing University of Southern Indiana campus, will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, February 10, with the Hearts On Fire 5K.
Registration is $25 and is available online or at the USI Recreation, Fitness and Wellness Center the day of the event. Registration discounts are available when registering for the entire series, which includes the Run Into Madness 7K on Saturday, March 3 and the Spring Into Fitness 10K on Saturday, April 7.
Following the Hearts on Fire 5K, there will be a Cupid Fun Run for kids. Children up to age 9 will run distances of 100 meters up to a half mile. No registration is required for the Cupid Fun Run and strollers are welcome.
A portion of the proceeds from the Hearts on Fire 5K will be used to offer programming and provide professional development opportunities for student clubs within USI's Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education.
