The Honors List has
been released for the 2008 spring semester at the University of Southern
Indiana. Dr. Linda Bennett, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs,
reported that 1,678 students were named to the latest Honors List.
Students
must achieve a 3.5 or better grade point average (on 4.0 system) to be named
to the list. Students earning no IN (incomplete) grades for the term and earning letter grades of computable point value (S/U
and P/N graded courses do not apply) in 12 or more semester hours with a
semester grade point average between 3.5 to 4.0 are named to the list.
Note to students:
You have two options if you expect your name to be on the list, and you cannot find it.
Your name may be listed under the Evansville city listing if you submitted Evansville as your address with the Registrar’s Office. If you prefer to be listed under your hometown, submit a request to kfunke@usi.edu and include your name, the city you are now listed under, and the city that you want to be listed under. That correction will be made.
Contact Tracy Sinn in the Registrar’s Office if you expected to make honors, but are not listed. That office will give the news office your name and hometown if you qualify for the Honors List.
Honors List
is arranged by student's hometown under the address they have provided to the University. The list may be accessed by clicking on the links
