The Historic Southern Indiana project is an alliance of organizations and individuals who are determined to preserve, develop, and promote the historical resources and natural beauty of southern Indiana. Through tourism initiatives, HSI welcomes visitors to the region and offers comprehensive information about the region and sites of interest. HSI sponsors workshops, promotes cooperation between visitor sites, and coordinates events and activities throughout a 26-county area.
