USI welcomes new employee
| Lesa Frederick Cagle has accepted the position of assistant professor of nutrition at University of Southern Indiana. The Evansville resident previously worked as clinical nutrition manager at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She holds a B.S. in food management, a B.S. in dietetics, and an M.S. in nutrition, all from Indiana State University. Cagle was recognized as the Young Dietician of the Year and is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Indiana Dietetic Association, Southwestern Indiana Master Gardener Association, and Southern Indiana Herbal Society. |
