Pro-peace veterans speaking June 17

“Veterans Speaking Out Against War,” a panel discussion featuring pro-peace United States veterans, will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at University of Southern Indiana in the University Center’s Carter Hall.

The panelists will include Dr. Gary May, associate professor of social work; Larry Miller, president of Miller Block Co.; and Joseph Farah, president of the Indianapolis Chapter of Veterans for Peace.

Each speaker will share a perspective of his own war experiences and current events. A time for questions from the audience and discussion will follow.

The USI Democrats are sponsoring the event that is free and open to the public. For more information, call 812/465-7052.
