Expo highlights healthcare opportunities

University of Southern Indiana’s Health Professions Career Expo will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. October 20 in Carter Hall in the University Center on campus. The event helps freshmen explore health-related career options, assists students seeking experience via internships and/or clinicals, and provides networking opportunities for graduating students seeking full-time employment. In addition to USI students, the event also is open to anyone holding a degree in a health profession. There is no charge to attend. Participating recruiters, representing four states, will include: Illinois: St. Mary's Good Samaritan and Southern Illinois Healthcare.
