Environmental panel discussion tonight

A panel discussion about air pollution in the Tri-state area, nation, and world will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, in Room 2108 of the Education Center on the University of Southern Indiana campus.

Panelists will include John Blair of Valley Watch; Evansville Ozone Officer Joanne Alexandrovich; Dr. Mark Krahling, USI assistant professor of chemistry; Dr. Stephen Zehr, chair of the USI Sociology Department; and Dr. Jeff Seyler, USI associate professor of chemistry.

The free public event is part of the celebration of National Chemistry Week sponsored by the USI Student Affiliate Chapter of the American Chemical Society and the society’s Indiana-Kentucky Border Section.
