Honoring women’s history

University of Southern Indiana will celebrate Women’s History Month with a variety of public events and special activities in March. The schedule follows: March 18 - Phenomenal Women of USI and the Community, annual recognition ceremony, 6 p.m., University Center, Carter Hall. Free. Public invited. March 19-21 - For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf, 7 p.m., March 19-20, 2 p.m. March 21, USI Theatre, 3001 Igleheart Ave. Presented by the Creative and Performing Arts Center, a nonprofit group based in Evansville.
