USI program exploring gender, science

Four members of the University of Southern Indiana faculty will discuss “Gender Differences and Science” in a public symposium at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, in Kleymeyer Hall in the Liberal Arts Center. The speakers include Dr. Christopher Bloom, assistant professor of psychology; Maggie Felton, assistant professor of psychology; Dr. Howard Gabennesch, associate professor of sociology; and Dr. Marsha Segebarth, instructor in biology. Dr. Stephen Sullivan, associate professor of philosophy, and Jennifer Carmichael are co-coordinating the event. Carmichael, a USI psychology major, will serve as moderator. The program is free, and the public is invited to attend. |
