Varsity Club Steak Fry

USI's 11th annual Steak Fry ’n Auction ’n Dance September 24 will feature hand-cut USDA sirloins, silent and live auctions, and dancing until midnight.

This year’s auctions will include La-Z-boy Reclina-Rest chairs, a variety of golf outings, private vacation condos, a Marx Barbecue Pig Roast, jewelry, autographed items, and much more.

The event also will include a theme basket raffle, island-themed costume contest, and cash bar. Pat Holl of CDS Communications will provide the musical entertainment.

The USI Varsity Club’s Steak Fry ’n Auction ’n Dance will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Discovery Lodge at Burdette Park. Tickets are $25 per person or $250 for corporate tables hosted by USI coaches. Amounts exceeding $15 per person are tax deductible.
