Students, employees eligible for $50 gift cards

The chance to win a $50 Wal-Mart gift card is the prize being offered to USI students and USI faculty and staff who complete a survey about campus technologies. One winner will be named in the student category and one winner in the faculty/staff category. The survey is expected to take 10 minutes or less to complete. Only currently enrolled USI students are eligible to complete the survey and register for the prize. The survey will be available through March 20, 2005. The winning student will be notified via his/her usieagles.org. e-mail account and faculty or staff will be notified via Outlook e-mail. Students can find the questionnaire at this link. Faculty/staff can find the questionnaire at this link. Results of the surveys will be made available later in the spring semester. Results for last year's survey are posted online. The technology survey is a collaborative effort of Academic Affairs, Instructional Technology Services, Institutional Research, the Computer Center, Rice Library, and the USI technology committee. |
