Evansville entertainers at September Smash 2005

Lindsey Williams, Dave Newton and Mike Fisher, Detail, Bosko, and more local entertainers will appear at September Smash 2005 on Friday, September 9 at the University of Southern Indiana. Sponsored by the men of Phi Delta Theta, September Smash 2005 is open to students, faculty, staff, and the general public. It will run from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on the rugby filed at USI. Gates open at 5 p.m. September Smash 2005 is an event to raise money and awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS, or what is commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, the philanthropy of the fraternity. The evening concert is the main philanthropy event for the year. In addition to college rock, the show will feature two acoustic acts to open the night of Smash. T-shirts for the show are on sale on campus for $10. Persons wearing the shirt will be admitted free; tickets at the door will be $5. Other sponsors for the show are Berry Plastics Corporation, Kenny Kent, and Gibson County Warehousing. |
