Orienting new students on Thursday, January 5

Over 300 new freshmen and transfer students are expected to participate in Orientation on Thursday, January 5, 2006. There will be two sessions that day. Check-in for the morning session begins at 8:30 a.m. and for the afternoon session begins at noon in the University Conference Center.

The complete Orientation schedule and more is available on the Office of Student Development Programs Web site.

A spring 2006 kick-off event will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2006, with a performance by the improv group Mission Improvable, in Carter Hall. The event is open to the entire University community.
