Buy tickets for USI International Food Expo at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market

Buy your tickets for the USI International Food Expo from International Club members at the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market on Sunday, February 19, and Wal-Mart will match the dollar amount collected in ticket sales. International Club members will sell the tickets for $7 each from 2 to 4 p.m. that day at the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, 3430 Taylor Avenue (not the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Burkhardt Road) on Evansville’s east side. Proceeds support club activities for the year. Those who purchase their tickets at the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market will be entered into a special drawing for a “Citizen of the World” prize. The popular International Food Expo – the culminating event of International Week (February 20-24) – will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, February 24 in Carter Hall in the University Center at USI. There will be food from Afghanistan, India, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Lebanon, China, and other home countries of International Club members. Club members will also provide culturally diverse entertainment. Tickets are $7 in advance; $10 at the door; $5 for children 6-12; and children 5 and under will be admitted for free.
