Sigma Theta Tau International inductees

Eight undergraduate students who have a 3.0 grade point average and above and 25 graduate students with a 3.5 grade point average who are enrolled in nursing have been inducted into the USI Omicron Psi Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International, a nursing honor society. To be eligible, undergraduate students must have completed at least one-half of the nursing curriculum and be in the upper 35 percent of the graduating class. Graduate students must have completed one-fourth of the program of study to be considered. Sigma Theta Tau International recognizes superior achievement and leadership qualities. It fosters high professional standards, encourages creative work, and strengthens commitment to the purposes of the nursing profession.
