May to appear on "Kentucky Tonight"

Gary May, associate professor of social work, will appear on "Kentucky Tonight" on Monday, June 26.

The topic for the show will be the proposed amendment banning the physical desecration of the United States flag.

Scheduled guests are Heather French Henry of the Foundation for Veterans; Stephen Presser, a law professor at Northwestern University, and Lili Lutgens of the ACLU of Kentucky.

May is chairman of Veterans Defending the Bill of Rights, an organization with about 5,000 members nationwide.
